no not at all after 12 u can drop for one more year and it's not effect on Your future but after UG course if you drop one more year for preparation n then do PG course it can effect on Your placement.

Hi Shivanshu,
You can apply for PGT, eligibility-
Post Graduate Teacher requires Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
So it is important that you pursue B.ED. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects

Yes ! Suma distance education is good option for people who cannot afford time to visit colleges. Some colleges provide placement support to their Distance Students too, You can also apply for government jobs based on your distance degree unless specified otherwise.SMU and Lovely Professional university are very good option for people seeking true value of their distance degree. As they provide placement support.

Dear Aakanksha,
Further you can add Foreign language in your education because it will give you edge if you were looking your career into corporate otherwise if you have aim into teaching profession than you can start PHD .
Afterwards you would start your career as professor in colleges or university.
Other option you can check as in Journalism too as a reporter , editor or content writer etc.
