Highlights

  • The program has been designed to provide students with a solid and forward-thinking technical foundation used to effectively plan, design, implement and manage IT solutions and systems
  • In addition to the eight core courses, students will complete four elective courses to obtain a general MSIT degree or specialize in:

    Cybersecurity
    Data Analytics
    IT Management
  • Cybersecurity track: Cybersecurity is one of the fastest-growing fields, and is projected to expand in the US by 28% through 2026*. The number of cybersecurity positions that need to be filled is skyrocketing, and there is a large demand for IT professionals that specialize in cybersecurity who can devise strategies to protect organizational assets from cyberattacks
  • Data Analytics Track: Students who complete this track will be prepared to leverage and manage data and develop data-driven solutions, either as in-house experts and managers or as independent consultants. This track provides a foundation for graduates to move on to positions such as Business/Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, and to upcoming positions opening in this growing field
  • IT Management Track: This program is customizable to meet the needs of professionals looking to become IT Managers, IT Project Managers, IT Consultants, IT Strategists, Chief Information Officers (CIO), or Chief Technology Officers (CTO) among others
  • A Master’s in IT is considered by Forbes Magazine to be “The Best Master’s Degree,” with a projected employment growth of 11% through 2029

College is good but some staff members are partial.
Tips: No value for money and fees is huge with a poor curriculum. The college lectures are partial about us and the opportunities are very low. And more over there are no scholarships. No allowance and no opportunity to earn money. Not happy with the college anymore.
Dislikes (Internships): Internship options are not good because they do not give opportunities to do much and do not sign up students for the internships. There are no internships here and even if they are there then the lecturers are not accepting the people who deserve internships. Living here is harder than another state. I am not happy.

Expensive but worth it. Though it is very much expensive you can learn a lot of things here.
Tips: When I first came here there were not many Indians, I felt left out but later many showed up and we can learn and take help from them during assignments. You will also be getting scholarships, you just have to look for in the portal. I am very much satisfied with this college and country with the lifestyle.
Likes (Safety): It is one of the safest city. As most of them are senior citizens living here, it will be very peaceful. It's quite expensive though. It is 40 miles away from the Los Angeles downtown and if you want to go for a party or siteseeing, it is just an hour drive from here.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): There are not many IT related jobs nearby. It is mainly because of the recession happening here. You may find some in bay area like San Fransisco and mostly in Texas. Jobs like Data analyst, business analyst and data engineer can be offered with this course.
