Other eligibility criteria
- A scanned copy of the LU medical report filled out and signed by your physician. The form is available HERE
- Transcript of final grades, high school diploma, and state examinations – both in English and the original language. Both copies need to be verified with a notary stamp and signature and apostilled or verified by the Foreign Affairs ministry or relevant of your country and the Embassy of Latvia
- Applicants will be invited for the Skype interview which includes questions about profiling subjects and motivation
- Applicants have to present one of the following documents:
- Secondary School (Matriculation) Examination certificate (maybe one or two documents if two, then the other one is mark sheet);
- Senior (Higher) secondary Examination Certificate (Maybe one or two documents if two, then the other one is mark sheet);
- Diploma (issued by State Board of Technical Education, if it’s been 3-year study program) + mark sheet
- All applicants who have graduated from 2016 and Secondary education diploma is issued by Central Board of Secondary Education have to provide Admission card
- If applicants previous studies have been obtained in English but in the country where English is not the native language, then they have to present an official letter from their previous educational institution (secondary school, etc.) where is stated that all their studies were in English (medium of instruction is English), and they have to pass interview where the University of Latvia will evaluate their language skills to waive English test requirements
