• A Master's program applicant should have a (minimum) 4 year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or its affiliated college. Accreditation should be by NAAC, AICTE, or the institute should be on the list of Institutes of National Importance. In case of accreditation by AICTE student should include a statement in the application documents from the university confirming the AICTE accreditation.
• A CGPA of at least 8.5 on a 1-10 scale. If your university does not award a CGPA your average mark should be 75%.

A bachelor degree related in Architecture, Built Environment or equivalent with Specific knowledge, skills and understanding is required in:

• research methodology,
• architectural urban design and engineering and/or
• structural engineering and design and/ or
• building physics and services and/ or
• urban systems and real estate and/or
• sustainable urban mobility transitions and/or
• smart mobility data science and analytics.
