Coventry University Group UK opens Indian Hub in Delhi

Coventry University Group has opened its sixth Global Hub in New Delhi India. The opening of the hub has increased its longstanding connections with India.

The global hubs act as Coventry University Group’s business development centres developing collaborative relationships to work as an economic development partner for governments and public and private sector organisations. The business centres serve the key regions.

As per the Times Aerospace report, the Indian hub will house over 70 employees to support Coventry University Group’s admissions, and partnerships portfolio in India and the region, and will also support the recruitment process. The hub will act as a base for visiting researchers and academics from the UK. The aim is to intensify the research links between both countries. It will be a platform for business development personnel serving the research and enterprise portfolios.

Professor John Latham CBE, Coventry University’s Vice-Chancellor, said, “The India Hub represents the university’s long-term commitment to build strategic collaborations in India and throughout the region and will be an important addition to Coventry University Group’s international presence. The India Hub will streamline communication and collaboration between the university and organisations in Indian education, business and government.”

Our heartiest congratulations to Coventry University Group on this new initiative, said Michael Houlgate, Deputy Director at British Council India.
