GradRight Hosts ShiftED 2024 To Empower Study Abroad Aspirants
During the second edition of ShiftED 2024, leading UK and US universities participated to empower students who are looking to study abroad. GradRight announced its partnerships with 5 leading British universities.
Study Abroad: GradRight’s flagship event's second edition witnessed the participation of industry leaders along with 24 leading foreign universities, 8 financial partners, and more than 4,000 students. The event addressed the critical issue impacting the students all around the world including trust, transparency and accountability in the global higher education ecosystem.
ShiftED special guest Prof. Chell Roberts, Dean of the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering at the University of San Diego said, “The future is India. If you look at population growth and the care for education, the central hub of the world is India. We’re approaching a period of political change and I think it is looking very good for this country. We were very fortunate to find a partner in India, GradRight, that understands how we want to be represented, and how we want to communicate and tell our story. I am excited to have been part of ShiftED, where I was able to talk with other academics, students, and parents, and to share USD’s approach.”
Sonal Kapoor, Chief Commercial Officer, Prodigy Finance, commented, “At Prodigy Finance, we are deeply committed to addressing the trust and transparency gaps in global higher education financing. Events like ShiftED 2024 play a vital role in fostering collaboration among students, universities, and financial institutions, empowering students with the tools and clarity they need to make informed decisions. By aligning ourselves with mission-driven initiatives and leveraging our expertise in education loans tailored to students’ potential, we strive to make quality education accessible, sustainable, and accountable for all.”
