Kelley School of Business, Microsoft partner to Power Global Case Competition
Study in US: Students from all over the world are invited to develop and showcase their innovative solutions to real-world business challenges. The registration deadline is August 24, 2024.
The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University has announced its alliance with Microsoft for its ongoing MSIS Global Case Competition. The partnership aims to prepare the upcoming business leaders to resolve complex challenges of the Artificial Intelligence driven world.
While talking about the partnership, Professor Bipin Prabhakar, Faculty Chairperson, Information Systems Graduate Programs, Kelley School of Business said, “Partnering with Microsoft is a testament to our commitment to providing students with experiential learning opportunities that bridge the gap between academia and industry. By combining the power of Kelley’s business acumen with Microsoft’s technological expertise, we aim to cultivate a new generation of leaders who are equipped to drive digital transformation.”
MSIS Global Case Competition Details
The application deadline is August 24th, 2024. Students from all over the world are invited to compete with the best based on their problem-solving skills. They are required to develop and showcase innovative solutions for real-world challenges.
“By leveraging Microsoft’s cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, participants will gain hands-on experience with the tools shaping the future of business,” reads the official statement.
“The Kelley MSIS Global Case Competition is open to students worldwide, offering a platform to showcase their talent and compete for significant prizes. The competition is expected to attract top talent and foster a global community of innovators,” added the official statement.
During the competition, the participants will be required to solve complex business problems by working together and coming out with innovative solutions. The competition will have two rounds and the second round will be held in New Delhi on September 22nd, 2024.
Prize Details
Winners will get cash prizes and scholarships that include – the winners in the first place will get a $5,000 scholarship per person with a $1,500 team prize, for second place $4,000 scholarship per person with a $1,000 team prize, for third place, they will get $3,000 scholarship per person with $500 team prize. All the finalists will get a $1,000 scholarship per person.
