Perm State Medical University Russia Hosts Grand Graduation Ceremony Vipusk PSMU 2024
The university held Vipusk PSMU 2024 at the Little Theatre Group (LTG) Auditorium, Copernicus Marg, Mandi House, New Delhi on October 10, 2024. The event saw the presence of dignitaries, faculty, and the family members of the graduates.
Study in Russia: Perm State Medical University hosted a grand graduation ceremony - Vipusk PSMU 2024 in New Delhi. The event was held in alliance with Rus Education to celebrate the success of the students who graduated MBBS in 2024.
The graduation day of Perm State Medical University marked a significant milestone in the lives of graduates who were ready for a global career in the medical field, as stated by the university.
The ceremony was held recently at the Little Theatre Group (LTG) Auditorium, Copernicus Marg, Mandi House, New Delhi and it brought together the family members of the graduates, esteemed dignitaries and faculty members.
Yulia, Dean of International Students at Perm State Medical University, congratulated the graduates and addressed them, “The Class of 2024 has faced unprecedented challenges but has risen above them with courage and determination. You are now ready to embark on a journey where your knowledge and compassion will have a real impact on the lives of people around the world. We are proud to send you out into the global medical community as our ambassadors.”

The event saw the dignitaries such as Elena Barman, Head of Education Department, Russian House in New Delhi, Yulia Tretykova, Dean- International Department, Perm State Medical University; and Air Marshal (Dr.) Pawan Kapoor (Retd.), Technical Advisor, Rus Education.
Vipusk PSMU 2024 recognized the dedication, resilience, and hard work demonstrated by the students during their academic journey.
“This year’s batch of Indian students has made significant contributions to the university’s multicultural and academic environment,” reads the official statement.
At the beginning of the event, Air Marshal Dr. Pawan Kapoor (Retd.), Technical Advisor from Rus Education addressed the gathering and congratulated the graduates for their perseverance and academic journey.
He also lauded the role of Rus Education in supporting students during their education at the Perm State Medical University. He reassured Rus Education’s commitment to supporting medical students and continued opportunities and guidance to pursue a global career in the medical field.

The event saw the conferment of the degrees and as each graduate came to the stage to collect their degree, the event was filled with joy and the atmosphere was electric. The event celebrated their hard work and dedication towards their academic journey.
