Princeton Review places University of Richmond at No. 1 for Student Support

For student support, the University of Richmond has climbed to number 1 in the Princeton Review from number 16 last year. It is at number 2 for the most beautiful campus and for best run and best food, the university is at the number 3 position.

Study in US: In the 2025 edition of The Best 390 Colleges by Princeton Review, the University of Richmond has earned top accolades in various categories. It is placed number one in terms of best student support and counselling services.

Kristen Day, director of Counseling & Psychological Services said, “This ranking highlights the University’s commitment to prioritizing student well-being and mental health. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive clinical services and collaborates across campus to enhance student success and well-being. This recognition reflects that our students are receiving the support they need, which is our goal every day."

While commenting on being the second most beautiful campus, Sam Robertson, executive director of facilities operations said, “From our landscaping crews to our custodial and maintenance services staff, our facilities team is passionate about their work, and it’s clear our students recognize that and enjoy the spaces and places on our campus."








On the achievement of being third Best-Run Colleges, Best Campus Food, Dave Hale, executive vice president and chief operating officer said, “This ranking indicates that our students feel like they are getting the most out of not only their academic opportunities but also the many other facets of the college experience, from extracurriculars, to dining, to the physical spaces on our campus. It is also a testament to the University’s talented and tireless staff and faculty who work to support our students at every turn.”

University of Richmond: International students admission details

Early Decision I application deadline is November 1 by which international students should apply to the university. Following the successful application submission, they get access to the Spider Portal to complete the application and upload documents. By November 15, applicants must submit all the documents. By December 1, Early Decision I applicants are automatically considered for Richmond Scholars. Presidential Scholarship recipients will be notified by December 15. The enrollment will be confirmed by January 5 and the deposit is due, the final high school transcript is due by June 15, 2024.
