Rotana, Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy Partner To Nurture Talent For Hospitality Industry In UAE

Rotana and Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches have joined forces in a significant step to nurture local hospitality talents in the UAE.

Study in UAE: Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches has entered a strategic partnership with Rotana which is the leading hotel management company in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye (MENAT). The academy is dedicated to hospitality training and education. In a significant move for hospitality education, the Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy has just enrolled its first batch of students.

The partnership not only bridges the skills gap in the hospitality sector but also gives local talents a great opportunity to make a career in this industry. Rotana will provide internship opportunities, valuable industry insights, and job placements to professionals across its properties in the UAE. Under this partnership, the hospitality students will get to attend workshops, masterclasses, and mentorship programs by experts from both the Academy and Rotana.

Rotana Scholarship

Both partners have created “Rotana scholarship”. It will provide full tuition to the students at the institute annually. Under this alliance, both partners will take lots of initiatives and there will be a series of events created to foster community involvement, engage students and celebrate the rich talents of upcoming hospitality professionals.

One of the students Fatma Ibrahim is selected on merit-base. The student will pursue a BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) in Global Hospitality Management and also will get to do an internship at Rotana and she will also get job placement in the group.
