Study Abroad: While Canada has announced that it will cut study permits for foreign students by a further 10% from 2025, it is still a popular study-abroad destination. Those who are planning to study in Canada can apply for the University of Toronto's National Scholarship. The last date to fill out the application for this scholarship is October 17, 2024.

The University of Toronto is recognized as the global leader in teaching and research. It offers around 700 undergraduate programs in Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Engineering, Kinesiology & Physical Education, Computer Science, Music, Physical & Mathematical Sciences, and Architecture.

The candidates who have been nominated as National Book Award recipients by their schools may apply. This scholarship covers incidental, tuition and residence fees for up to four years of study. Those finalists who are not designated as the National Scholars, in the first year, they get Arbor Scholarships at a value of $7,500 and $1,500 per year for the remaining three years of their undergraduate courses.
