UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025: Apply Now For 3,000 Seats
Study in UK: Applications are invited for the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025 at gov.uk. It offers around 3,000 Indian nationals the opportunity to stay, work, study and travel in the UK for two years.
Indian aspirants looking to study or work in the UK can apply for the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025. To apply for this scheme, the students first need to be selected in a ballot which is scheduled to open on February 18 and close on February 20.
British High Commission in New Delhi said, "Indian nationals aged 18 to 30 must enter the ballot on gov.uk to be considered for one of the 3,000 spots available under the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme (YPS) 2025. The ballot is scheduled to open on 18 February and close on 20 February. Applicants do not need to pay to enter the ballot, and successful entries will be picked at random," as reported by Tribune India.
"Applicants must be at least 18 years old on the date they plan to travel to the UK. They must also have a qualification at UK bachelor's degree level or above and have proof of PS2,530 in savings to support themselves in the UK. Applicants should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before entering the ballot," added the statement.

Eligibility Criteria For UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025
The following are the eligibility criteria for the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025:
- The applicants should be an Indian citizen in the age group between 18 to 30 years.
- Must have an eligible qualification.
- They should have £2,530 in savings.
UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025 Application Process
Those who are eligible for this scheme need to apply at the India Young Professionals Scheme ballot. The applicants who are successful in this step will get an invitation through mail to apply for the visa. The applicants will have 90 days from the date of email to prove their identity, apply online and provide the documents. Next, they need to prepare the required documents and apply for an India Young Professionals Scheme Visa.
"If you apply on 16 July 2024 you must arrive in the UK by 15 January 2025 at the latest," says the official statement of the British High Commission in New Delhi.
The application fee to apply for the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025 is £298 and the applicant must pay a healthcare surcharge of £1,552.
