University of Dundee: Admissions open for MSc Business Analytics

The last date to apply for MSc Business Analytics at the University of Dundee is 31st July 2024.

Study in UK: The University of Dundee invited applications for the MSc Business Analytics course for the academic year 2024-25. The last date to apply for the course is 31st July 2024.

The session will commence from September 2024 and applications for the course course should arrive as early as possible so that the students still have time to arrange a visa and accommodation.

The program is curated for students to develop the necessary skill set to analyze data and understand business analytics models. It is a flexible course, and the student can specialize in Marketing, International Business, Big Data, Management, or Finance.

The program is open to business and non-business graduates, and it will help the students to apply the latest analytical and quantitative tools to make informed business decisions on the available data while examining the ethical use and management of data in terms of the impact on society and individuals. Scholarships and funding opportunities are available for eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for MSc Business Analytics from University of Dundee

The following are the eligibility criteria:

• Undergraduate degree with a 2:1 (or equivalent) in any subject, or relevant work experience.
• Applicants with a lower degree classification and/or relevant work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• English language proficiency: IELTS with an overall score of 6.5, with no less than 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.
• GMAT or GRE is not required but may be an advantage.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the University of Dundee's postgraduate application system. They must include supporting documents including references, personal statement, transcripts, CV, and evidence of English language proficiency if applicable.

The successful applicants will receive an offer of a place conditional upon meeting the entry requirements.

Art & Design Undergraduate Degree Show 2024 to open on 25 May

The visitors can go to the University of Dundee from Saturday 25 May – Sunday 2 June in the Matthew and Crawford Buildings of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design (DJCAD). The event will showcase animals, AI, apps, and much more.

The work of over 400 students will be celebrated at this year’s Degree Show, with works covering a range of creative disciplines across multiple media and genres, from art, architecture and animation to illustration, jewellery, textiles and product design. 

Professor Anita Taylor, Dean of DJCAD, said, “The Undergraduate Degree Show is a highlight of the annual calendar for Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, the University of Dundee, and the wider city. Through this showcase, we are privileged to present the work of our talented final-year students from our sixteen undergraduate degree programmes across Art and Design with our wider communities - public and professional. The 2024 Degree Show provides a unique opportunity to meet our latest cohort of graduates and to experience and enjoy the vitality and variety of their work and their creative and technical accomplishments."
