University of Sheffield UK invites applications for its MSc Advanced Cell and Gene Therapies

Through this course, the students can study how cell and gene therapies can offer treatment options and what the genetics behind rare inherited diseases are. This course equips students with knowledge that can be used in a variety of roles in this growing industry.

• The student must have scored an overall IELTS score of 6.5. Each component should have a minimum of 6.0 or equivalent.

The students will get a chance to learn from experts in this field who run the Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre (GTIMC). The scientists of this centre are working to create life-changing treatments by advancing gene therapies.

The student will work in an internationally recognized centre of excellence - Sheffield Institute of Translational Neuroscience (SITraN), where experts are working on treatments aimed at improving the lives of people.
