Study in UK: The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow announced the Dean's International Excellence Awards. The last date to apply for these awards is 23rd August 2024.

University of Strathclyde, Glasgow is offering Dean’s International Excellence Awards for international postgraduate taught applicants. These are limited in number of awards and it worth between £4,000 and £5,000. The application deadline is 23rd August 2024.

Dean’s International Excellence Awards is competitive in nature and will be awarded to candidates with outstanding academic performance in previous and current studies. The students also need to submit proof of relevant professional and extra-curricular experiences. The university has said that all self-funded international students are encouraged to apply.

"Awards will also be assessed on applicants' potential to make both a significant contribution to the Strathclyde community during their studies and in their chosen profession upon graduation," reads the official statement.

Dean's International Excellence Awards: Important Points

To get this award, the applicant must have an offer to study in a full-time course for the academic year 2024/25.

Applicants are advised to submit filled forms as early as possible.

This award cannot be combined with the other scholarships








Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements

Blended and online programs are not eligible for the scholarship

It will be awarded on a rolling basis

Dean's International Excellence Awards is available for various subjects including Politics, Psychology, Speech & language therapy, Education, English, History, Law, Languages, Journalism, Social policy, International relations, and Social work.







Strathclyde, NHS Lanarkshire renew alliance

The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow has renewed its alliance with NHS Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council. The two parties partnered in 2020 when NHS Lanarkshire was awarded ‘University Status’. Now, they extended their partnership for more than five years.
