Owi shares her experience of studying MIM at Montpellier Business School in France
Q. Tell us your name, which city you are based in, and what you are currently studying at MBS?
Owi Kuchekar (OW): My name is Owi Kuchekar. I come from Pune, Maharashtra. I'm enrolled in the Master in Management program (“Programme Grande Ecole) at Montpellier Business School, France.

Q. What did you choose France for your studies?
OW: I chose France for my higher studies because the B-schools in France have triple accreditation and are renowned worldwide for their teaching, research and strong industry ties. Q. Please share your journey while applying abroad.
OW: As I had an educational consultant, it was easier for me to send out applications, and apply for Campus France and Visa. The process was smooth, however as there were a lot of Visa applications, it took almost a month to get my France Student Visa.

Q. Please share a typical day at MBS.
OW: A typical day at Montpellier Business School (MBS) starts with early or mid-morning lectures. Breakfast at the cafe. A lot of activities happen on campus. Excellent professors and coordinators guide you through everything. Interaction, laughter and joy are shared with other international students. A safe, embracing environment.
Q. What do you enjoy the most in Montpellier and at MBS?
OW: As known in entire France, Montpellier is a student city. Montpellier offers the best education and culture. The breathtaking monuments, beaches and gastronomy are what I enjoy the most. At MBS I enjoy having the freedom to do extra-curricular activities while learning. The school offers professional help, life coaching, psychotherapy for emotional intelligence, student associations, meetup with leading pioneers and so much more.
Q. One tip you would like to share with students who consider studying in France?
OW: Learn basic level French for a smooth life in this country.
