Q. Tell us about your university and Course admits

I applied for master's in management at EDHEC University, master in innovation and business at Grenoble University, France and master in General Management at Audenica Business School, France. Apart from that, I also applied at Denver University and American University. I got admit from all the five universities and I decided to go to American University in Washington DC as it is best among all of these universities and its curriculum. Also, I got a scholarship of $26,000 US from the American University.

Q. Share your experience while shortlisting and applying to universities

I was searching for a university which comes under top 100 list of national universities and Anamika helped me to shortlist the universities. I was not aware regarding the ranking of the universities and I was planning to drop one year and prepare for the GMAT exam and apply next year. Anamika suggested me to apply to two-three reputed universities in the US which also comes under the top 100 list of national universities. She shared a list of five universities with me out of which I decided to apply to two universities Denver and the American university.

Q. How was your experience with Shiksha?

My overall experience with Shiksha is positive and they helped me a lot on each step right from shortlisting of universities to getting a visa. They also helped me in preparing for the IELTS exam and getting scholarships. My application was delayed and they contacted the university to grant me some more time for submitting my application. They helped me a lot and I haven’t faced any problem in the complete process, everything went perfectly for me.

Q. How Shiksha is different from consultants?

Counselors at Shiksha care about your application. They asked me about the status of my application on regular basis and guide me about the next steps which I need to follow for submitting my application. Other consultants do not care that much about the status of the application as they don’t care much about my future and doesn’t communicate regularly.  At Shiksha, the shortlisting process was completed in two days whereas I also experienced with one more consultant from a different agency who take at least a week or ten days to reply. Counselors at Shiksha are not only helpful but they also care about our future and they guide us on every step of the process.

Q. Online consultants v/s offline consultants?

It is far better as compared to other consultants. For other consultants, I need to visit their office which itself is a time taking exercise as generally they are based in Delhi and I reside in Noida. For every visit, I need to take a leave from my office. Shiksha is completely online, so, I can resolve all my queries online, through email, or WhatsApp while sitting in my office or home. So, the process is far better, as we not only save time but money as well.
