EADA Business School was established in Barcelona in 1957 as a consultancy in business administration and management. After two years of establishment, it started offering specialized training in the fields of business administration and management. In 1984, it was set up as a private university foundation to offer training, conduct applied research and transfer knowledge. At present, the business school is run by a trust and holds the status of a private non-profit foundation. It is accredited by some prestigious professional bodies such as the Association of MBA's (AMBA), the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). The institution is associated with CFA Institute and Bloomberg Institute and holds the membership of the Executive MBA Council and Consejo Latinoamericano de Escuelas de Administración (CLADEA).
EADA Business School has two campuses— one in Barcelona and the other in Collbató. Barcelona City Centre Campus is the main campus that features a world-class eight-story building. The building includes spacious classrooms, an auditorium, a foyer, a reception, a Knowledge and Information Centre and a cafeteria. Collbató Residential Training Campus is situated 40 km away from Barcelona. It consists of a café-restaurant and a hotel infrastructure. The hotel includes 113 rooms, 13 meeting rooms, a restaurant, a 15-hectare forested zone, an outdoor pool, a gym and rest areas. This campus was exclusively designed to offer outdoor training. It also offers excellent residential facilities.
EADA offers part-time and full-time master's programs in various disciplines of management like marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. It also provides executives with high-level training programs such as the general management program for senior managers and the management and administration programme for middle and junior managers. Also, it offers manager development programmes. It houses students from over 50 countries around the globe and many highly-qualified lecturers and academicians. The school maintains collaborations with over 345 well-reputed companies and corporate partners to provide practical training to the students.
