At Tulane, all applicants are considered for partial merit scholarship by completing the Common Application for admission. Students must reapply for need based aid every year. In order to apply, students must follow the steps listed below:

  1. Complete the Common Application for admission;
  2. Complete the CSS Profile by within the deadlines;
  3. Complete Tulane’s Declaration & Certification of Finances;
  4. Submit supporting documentation when requested by Tulane's Office of Financial Aid; and
  5. Complete the Tulane Scholarship Application, audition, or portfolio by December 5th, 2024.

Q:   What scores do I need to have to get a scholarship at Tulane University?

To be considered for a scholarship at Tulane University, students typically need to have an ACT score of 33 or higher, an SAT score of 1500 or higher, and/or a core, unweighted GPA of 3.7 or higher. The university offers both need-based and merit-based scholarships, with scholarship amounts ranging from $1,000 to those that cover full tuition or even the full cost of attendance. 2) South Asian Scholar Award:

South Asian Scholarship is a partial or full-tuition award that is renewable for 4 years (5 years for students in the 5-year Architecture program). Recipients of this award are students graduating from high schools in South Asia with outstanding academic records.
