      • In this case, the statement is organized around one or two key ideas, and usually, it relates to applicants research field or major interest
LOR
  • Three Letters of Recommendation are required
  • It can be uploaded into the application form by the recommender. Letters must be on official letterhead, include personal contact information as well as a signature and must also include a current date
  • An academic reference is preferred. Letter from an employer can be useful if the job was related to the field to which applicants are applying, otherwise, such letters are usually not helpful
  • LOR must be between 2/3 of a page and one page
CV
  • One to two page CV/ Resume is required where the applicants can summarize all of their qualifications, honors, education and interests
  • A resume should ideally include: Basic Information, Objective, Educational Background (for each degree conferring institution), Experience, Honors/Activities/Leadership/Special Skills, Interests
