BSc Agriculture is an undergraduate program. The duration is 4 years. The program covers a wide range of subjects mentioned below

BSc agriculture course is divided into 8 semesters over 4 years. To learn about crop production, agricultural economics, engineering, plant pathology and soil science. 

The topics related to agriculture, including soil science, plant breeding and genetics, agricultural economics, agronomy, agricultural engineering, plant pathology, crop physiology, horticulture, livestock management, agricultural extension, and agricultural marketing are covered.

A Bachelor of Science in Agriculture's duration is 4 years. Divided into 8 semesters. Each semester lasts for six months. Students gain practical field experience through internships/ on-the-job training in the last year of graduation.

Pass class 12 or equivalent. Score 55%-60% aggregate marks (with English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology/Forestry).

You can also go for the Diploma in Agriculture after class 10th or equivalent, subject to a valid score in the entrance test.  

In India, there are only private universities that give you direct admission. But their tuition fees are so high, and also the other expenses. I still prefer you to prepare for any entrance exam. But if not, you can choose from the following universities which are ICAR Accredited

Normally in February every year, a notification from ICAR is given for admission to Diploma, UG, PG and Doctoral courses of various Agricultural Universities and Colleges of ICAR and States. The process is online for this a link is provided on the ICAR website http://www.icar.org.in and also on the websites of agricultural universities and colleges.

There is an online entrance exam like JEE, AIEE, etc. in the second week of June, based on the course applied among the eligible candidates. The result is declared in four weeks. The eligible candidates are called for counselling at Delhi and are given a choice from their preference purely on merit bases however category reserved seats, SC, OBC etc. are called first.

Yes, SRM University offers B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons). To apply for this course, candidates need to clear the basic eligibility criteria, which is, a candidate should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board/university, with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one among Biology & Mathematics, Biology Mathematics, Botany & Zoology Forestry, Biology & Agriculture, Agriculture or have Biology and Agricultural Practices in a vocational stream with at least 50% overall aggregate. The total tuition fee for the course is INR 8 Lacs and about 240 seats are available.

Not many Colleges affiliated to Delhi University offer a BSc in Agriculture. Although they do provide a BSc in various specializations, Agriculture is not one of them. Some of the top government colleges, other than DU, offering a BSc in Agriculture are as follows-
Banaras Hindu University,  Aligarh Muslim University,  Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, etc. 

Of course, Agriculture and allied sector not only remained insulated from economic slowdown or pandemic but has registered better growth than other sectors. BSc Agriculture can be called an easy course considering other Biology courses such as MBBS, BDS, Veterinary Science, etc. As compared to them, this course is easy since it has more practical applications than learning. Field experience is much more valued here than qualification. 

The difficulty of a course tends to depend on the individual's capabilities, but generically speaking - No, BSc Agriculture is not a tough course. It motivates students to find a solution for existing problems in the field of Agriculture. BSc Agriculture might be considered a simple course.
