Academic Requirements —
Bachelor’s Degree Requirements
Holding an excellent academic record as an international school graduate in a French Baccalauréate equivalent (IB, high-school Diploma, A/AS-Level, Abitur, and High School Diploma) is the minimum criteria for EDHEC's undergraduate program.
There are limited seats for students who wish to enrol in the Global Business Track and Business Management Track in the English language.
A minimum score has not been specified for the International Baccalaureate. With just the mandatory visa and the fulfilment of the requirements outlined by the French authorities, you can enrol in the program. You can then choose to apply for the first or second admission session.
Master’s Degree Requirements
Please note that every application is examined comprehensively to construct a precise image of an applicant. The specific requirements of a course depend on your profile. Certain course-specific requirements are:
- Students must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have work experience of at least three years
- Have a strong command of the English language, both writing and speaking
- A good score in GMAT, GRE, or TAGE MAGE

Note for Undergraduates:
Transcript of final year (grade 12). It is important to indicate the grades corresponding to Science, Mathematics, Economics, or/and Social Sciences courses.

Note for Graduates:
LOR:Superiors (direct managers, managers, or clients) should not be referred to as friends, colleagues, or family members by the applicants. Persons who write recommendation letters should send them from their professional email address or via mail straight to the Admissions Office. Students may use EDHEC reference letter templates, or they can create their independent templates.
GMAT or GRE Score: You can request to take the test later by contacting your Admissions Manager if you have not passed your test. Please note that the university does not give GMAT or GRE waivers; students must submit them in full before admission.

Is there an application fee?
Students must pay the EUR 150 application cost for a master's degree and EUR 50 for an undergraduate degree online when applying officially. Students will be able to send their applications to the team to begin the admission process once fees have been paid.

Is there any scholarship or financial aid available for international students?
Yes, EDHEC Business School offers various scholarships to international students. In India, the French Embassy, together with the French enterprises, awards scholarships of up to INR 10 crore every year to more than 500 excellent young Indian graduates to study in France.
Indian applicants in France with exceptional academic records have several financing choices for their courses.
Charpak Scholarship Program —
Benefits:
- Covers EUR 700 per month as living expenses
- A waiver of tuition fees up to EUR 5,000
- Help to find affordable accommodation for students (priority access to CROUS residences, subject to availability)
- Release of student visas and studies in France
Eligibility:
- The applicant must be an Indian and reside in India
- A student currently enrolled at an Indian institution of higher education or a young professional employed at an enterprise for a term of not more than three years at the time of application and must not be more than 30 years old
- The course must take place in France. If a student has one semester or more of study in another country, he/she will not be provided with the scholarship during that period
- An exception will be the Charpak scholarship holders currently completing their M1 in France. They may reapply for the second year of funding to complete their M2
- There is no automatic renewal of the scholarship at the M2 level. Acceptance will be subject to academic performance at the M1 level and a new statement of purpose
- Non-scholarship holders currently pursuing M1 in France are not eligible for the scholarship
Raman Charpak Fellowship —
Benefits:
- For an Indian Fellow: A bursary support for day-to-day, local transit, and accommodation fees of €1500 per month is given
- For a French fellow: Fellowship supports INR 40,000 per month, with accommodation costs not exceeding INR 45,000 per month for everyday expenses and local journeys
- One return ticket between India and France in economy class
- Travel and health insurance are given, where necessary
- Visa and administrative registration charges are given, if applicable
Eligibility:
- Indians who have undertaken PhD studies at a renowned university or research institution in India must be Indian citizens living in India
- French applicants who have registered for a PhD/Master’s at an academic or research establishment in France must reside in France
- Applicants must have an MA from a recognized university/institute (in science, technology, or medicine)
- Age: 30 years maximum
- Students once supported by CEFIPRA projects and those who have a permanent position in institutions/universities are not eligible

What are the steps to the application process?
International students may apply EDHEC Business School online referring to the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit app.edhec.edu/usrmgt/?lang=en.
Step 2: Enter your email ID and password. Then confirm the email sent to your email ID.
Step 3: Fill in your personal information to include your name, date of birth, etc., and save this information.
Step 4: Fill in your education details.
Step 5: Fill in your background details, along with the language of interest.
Step 6: Fill in your parent/guardian details.
Step 7: In the financing section, you can find various scholarships and aids for different programs.
Step 8: Upload the required documents according to your course, pay the application fee, and submit the application.
Next, wait for the results.
When will I hear from the university after I submit my application?
Once you submit your application, the university will process your file and interview successful applicants. All successful applications will be sent next to the Selection Committee for evaluation. Following the meeting, the Selection Committee will inform successful candidates of the admission decision by email.
As soon as you apply, you will promptly receive an answer. Usually, the completion process is about three weeks. But if you do not have time in hand, you can request a quick-gage admittance process.

International students are eligible for EDHEC International BBA admission if they have finished the level of education required for university entrance in their home province, county and have achieved good degrees. Needless to say, if the university receives higher number of applications, the competition becomes tougher.
The International Baccalaureate requires no minimum score. However, for information purposes, students may note that international BBA students have an average IB score of 35/45. A limited number of students can enrol on the Global Business and Business Management Track.

Admission is only feasible if the French authorities demand the compulsory visa from a student and oversee compliance with the prerequisites before the start of a programme.

Part Time Work While Studying
Can I work while studying here?
EDHEC business school offers its students opportunities to work while studying. Students may work with various companies and their associates.
The eligibility norms for such work require students to take up jobs aligned with the study course in which they are currently enrolled at the university. This is mandated to ensure students acquire knowledge through such employment. Also, students are eligible to receive stipends and work certificates.
Note: International students are advised to check the conditions of working in a foreign country on their study visa. They are also advised to confirm any specific instructions on the same from their respective departments and faculties. Under no circumstances should they be found compromising with the law and order of the country.

All campuses under the university are international. It means that international applicants may get a place in their dream course through either of the colleges on either of the campuses.
Is on-campus housing available? How much does it cost?
EDHEC campus comprises residential halls for on-campus housing. These halls have studios with furnishings and shared 8-bedroom apartments, with 300 units in all.
The residence is mainly reserved for international students, minors, and disabled persons. However, all interested students can apply for on-campus accommodation.
SERGIC Résidences Services operates the Twenty Campus Croix housing. They accept students’ reservation requests. Depending on the availability of rooms, student reservation is validated subject to acceptance by the EDHEC Group.
