Is there any application fee?
Yes, Kedge charges a non-refundable application fee that students must pay while applying to any programme. Students may request financial waivers, if required.

Scholarships & Financial Aid
Is there any scholarship or financial aid available for international students?
Yes, Kedge offers various scholarships to undergraduate and graduate international students. The institution provides special scholarships for which only non-French students are eligible. Students applying to International BBA, Specialised MSc, and Master in Management Grande Ecole programs can apply for these scholarships.
Early Bird Scholarship
Applicants who submit their applications during the September intake will receive the Early Bird Discount. Under this arrangement, they will automatically receive a 10% discount on their tuition fees. If students submit all the required documents and applications by end of February, they will be eligible for the discount.
Merit Scholarships —
Students with excellent academic records can apply for merit-based scholarships. These include the Achievement Scholarship and Academic Excellence Scholarship. Students will need to provide a motivation statement and proof of academic achievements to apply to these scholarships. Applications will be reviewed based on scores obtained in GPA, GMAT, GRE, etc., and grades obtained during interviews with the university’s academic team.
Type of Merit Scholarships
Two merit-based scholarships are offered by the school. One is the Achievement Scholarship that offers a EUR 2,000discount on tuition fees. The Excellence Scholarship consists of a EUR 4,000 tuition fee discount.
Kristen Hoey Scholarship – ISLI MSc
This scholarship is provided to students from the USA or those who hold a degree from a US university. Students who want to apply to ISLI MSc can apply for this scholarship. Students selected for this scholarship will receive a 50% discount on their tuition fees. Students will need to provide a motivation letter, which will be reviewed by Kirsten Hoey’s family and the MSc program director.

In addition to the aforementioned awards, there are several other scholarships, especially awarded to students from India and East Asia. One such scholarship is:
Charpak Scholarship
The Charpak scholarship is offered especially to Indian students. Students applying to various courses at Kedge University can apply for this scholarship by providing their personal and educational information. What are the steps to the application process?
The process of international application at Kedge is simple. The step-by-step application procedure for different graduate and undergraduate admissions is the same and discussed below:
Step 1: The first step involves creating an account using your email address at student.join.kedge.edu/En/MyAccount. It is suggested that international candidates do not use third-party email addresses. A temporary PIN will be sent to your email address. You can create a password using the PIN and log in.
Step 2: Click on ‘Create Account’ button to create your online account and start your application.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details, address information, citizenship details, and other required entails for your application.
Step 4: Answer all the general questions related to your demographic background and course information.
Step 5: After filling in your educational history, general information, citizenship details, etc., you can sign and review the application. Once you review it, submit it.
Next, wait for the results.
When will I hear from the university after I submit my application?
Students can expect to hear from the university regarding their application within 5 working days after taking the selection tests. Selected students admitted to the university will be provided the required instructions to facilitate enrolment. Some students may be waitlisted. Such students will be informed of their application status within a few days.
As soon as the school receives and reviews your complete application file, a confirmation will be sent to you and your Home Institution by email. In addition, an acceptance letter will be sent to your Home Institution if you need to apply for a French Student Visa.

Part Time Work While Studying
Can I work while studying here?
According to the French law, all international students have the right to work while studying in France. Students who are not residents of the European Union will need to procure a student resident permit to undertake employment anywhere in France.
While studying at Kedge, international students are allowed to work 20 hours per week when classes are in session. Students who are proficient or can hold a conversation in French can work with different businesses such as restaurants, malls, supermarkets, etc.
Note: International students are advised to check the conditions of working in a foreign country on their study visa. They are also advised to confirm any specific instructions on the same from their respective departments and faculties. Under no circumstances should they be found compromising with the law and order of the country.
