- Approved work experience, professional certification, or other recognized prior learning
- AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognized equivalent with a WAM of 65
- Related fields of study: Law, Business, Commerce, Economics, International Relations
- Relevant experience: Experience in a legal position (working in a law firm or in government drafting policies, law clerk, judge, judges associate, drafting policies, supporting legal work)
