Been a wonderful experience with great academics and faculty.
Tips: Living in NCSU has been an adventure in a lot of senses. You will be expected to bring out the best of your potential in the classrooms while being an active part of the community as well so all in all, you will be pretty busy. The city has a lot of interesting spots to explore but avoid eating out if you are planning on saving some cash. Overall, I am very satisfied with the course, college and the country.

Tips: I have transitioned well since coming to North Carolina State University. Before arriving, I had visited the States a few times and was somewhat familiar with the customs. Tips: What I have realised so far is that while the coursework here is challenging, it can also be rewarding. I've learnt to manage my academic commitments with extra curriculums and truly enjoy the experience offered here at NCSU. Students should use a planner or a digital calendar to help them out with their deadlines and planning. The exam patterns here are very different from those in India so it might take some time to adjust our faculty are helpful and you can reach out to them without any hesitation. Tips: After spending a decent amount of time here, I can see that NCSU has made a significant amount of progress in promoting diversity and inclusion which is seen through the multicultural celebrations around campus and representation in the student body as well. I did not receive any scholarships but there are a number of resources available for underprivileged and underrepresented students so speak with your guidance counsellors. We are encouraged to actively seek participation in numerous events, activities and seminars to build and maintain connections.
