International students wanting to study in Germany must open a  'Germany Blocked Account.' Every year, according to the prevailing economic conditions as well as the relevant fee structure, every university would request that a monthly sum be provided for the student to facilitate his living expenses in the country as well as for completing his education, this money is deposited in a Blocked Account. Keeping the inflation in mind, as of January 1, 2023, the mandatory amount required in the Blocked Account for studying in Germany is €11,208 for an entire year or €934 for a month.

Is 7 bands in IELTS good for Germany?

In Germany, most universities require an IELTS overall band score of 6.0 or 6.5 out of 9.0 as an English language qualification for a master’s course.
