Clinton Global Initiative Fellowship For Entrepreneurs, Social Impact Leaders
The Fellowship is open for Entrepreneurs and Social Impact Leaders. Interested candidates can apply by December 20, 2024, for a regular decision.
Study Abroad: The Clinton Global Initiative Fellowship offers a great opportunity for social impact leaders and emerging entrepreneurs as it provides guidance and critical tools to address urgent global challenges.
The deadline for the early decision is November 20, and for the regular decision, it is December 20, 2024.
"The Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI University) is an international year-round leadership development program for undergraduate and graduate students who are in the ideation phase of a social impact initiative, also referred to as a Commitment to Action. CGI University is a fully virtual program that supports a community of student leaders and entrepreneurs from around the globe who are developing innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. This year-round engagement includes: a social impact curriculum, virtual training and mentorship opportunities, and a wide range of networking opportunities with CGI University partners, peers, alumni, staff, and leaders in the field," reads the official statement of the Clinton Global Initiative Entrepreneurship General Application - 2025.
Eligibility Criteria For Clinton Global Initiative Fellowship
The following are the eligibility criteria for the fellowship:
- At the time of admission, the applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- They must upload their current CV or resume.
- The applicant should have a letter of recommendation.
- Applicants need to respond to three essay prompts on leadership, entrepreneurship and partnerships.
Benefits Of Clinton Global Initiative Fellowship
The fellows get access to resources, mentorship, and networks, they get the opportunity of partnerships through CGI and its network. This helps them to get access to expertise, and opportunities for collaboration and secure funding.
They get invitations to events to strengthen relationships with peers and get a sense of community with the cohort.
The fellows get the all-expenses-paid trip for attending the annual meetings. It will include travel expenses, conference registration and accommodation.
They will be able to evaluate the cycle of projects, which includes comparing the project stages with the goal set.
