École Ducasse has entered into a strategic partnership with Peru’s leading institution in culinary arts - Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL). To enhance cultural exchanges and promote culinary and pastry excellence, the partnership aims to improve the professional and academic pathways of students from the Peruvian institution through a series of events and programs.

Élise Masurel, General Director of École Ducasse said, "we are delighted to begin this collaboration with USIL to offer students a rich and transformative culinary experience. This partnership is a unique opportunity for young Peruvian talents to acquire cutting-edge skills and immerse themselves in the excellence of French gastronomy while allowing École Ducasse to enrich itself with the highly recognized Peruvian culinary culture.”

To celebrate the alliance, an École Ducasse chef will conduct an exceptional masterclass week on the USIL campus in Lima. This event aims to provide opportunities to students for developing expertise and discovering the techniques of École Ducasse.

Main Components of École Ducasse and Peruvian University Partnership

USIL Students and Alumni will get access to the prestigious short-term and long-term programs of École Ducasse. The students will get advanced culinary and pastry skills to succeed in this career.

École Ducasse designed two exclusive summer programs for USIL Students including "Best-of Alain Ducasse” and "The Arts of French Pastry". Both are a four-week-long program in English.

This partnership will offer unique opportunities for students to experience intercultural exchanges, and develop skills, and academic and professional pathways. The USIL students will not only learn the techniques but will also get an opportunity to immerse themselves in the French culinary culture which is renowned globally for its innovation and refinement. Both institutes are planning to combine their expertise and resources to offer exceptional training and development opportunities for students.
