ETS launches TOEFL Prep Book specially curated for Indian test takers at Zero Cost

ETS announced the launch of the TOEFL Official Beginner's Guide for Indian students which comprises sample responses, information on test content & scoring, access to audio files and real full-length practice tests with answer keys. The aim is to help Indian test takers score high marks in TOEFL iBT and start their study abroad dreams.

Study Abroad: ETS, the conducting body of TOEFL® and GRE® test and the world’s biggest organization for educational research, assessment and measurement, has announced the launch of the TOEFL Official Beginners Guide which is specially designed to help the Indian test takers.

Speaking at the launch of this book, Omar Chihane Global General Manager of TOEFL said, “India is a priority market for ETS, and the ever-growing interest of study abroad aspirants in taking the TOEFL test is a key driver for us to continue to strengthen the prep support ecosystem.

Adding further, Sachin Jain, Country Manager India and South Asia at ETS said, “Last year, we launched TOEFL TestReady, an AI-based, self-paced learning platform, and now the TOEFL Official Beginner's Guide, which will be available to Indian test takers free of charge. We are confident that Indian students will benefit from these official learning resources, as much as they will help to optimize their preparation costs.”

TOEFL Official Beginners Guide is for Comprehensive preparation of Test Takers

ETS said that the content of this book is specifically curated for the Indian market and it will be provided to the test takers at no cost.

The guide will offer free access to audio files, sample responses and a real full-length practice test with answer keys. The book will educate the students about the test's additional preparation resources along with making them aware of the scoring procedure, test structure and content.

For further practice of the test takers, ETS has also provided access to a self-paced learning platform called TOEFL TestReady: www.toefltestready.org.

On the home page of this platform, the test takers get the option to create an account so that they can obtain access to the TOEFL TestReady portal and prepare for the test. After creating the account, the students will be able to schedule a test and view the scores.
