Shanghai Ranking publishes the Global Ranking Of Academic Subjects. It lists the best institutes in the world based on five categories including high-quality research, world-class output, world-class faculty, research impact and international collaboration.

Study In US: Global Ranking Of Academic Subjects (GRAS) 2024 has again recognized the Florida State University’s Dedman College of Hospitality for its outstanding education in tourism and hospitality.

Don Farr, dean of the Dedman College of Hospitality commented, “This achievement reflects the collective efforts of the Dedman community. We are committed to delivering more than academic excellence. Our mission is to provide a transformative education that cultivates success. Every opportunity we create is designed to empower our students to lead with confidence and innovation across a global landscape.”

GRAS Ranking Places Dedman College of Hospitality Among Most Prestigious Hospitality Schools

The latest ranking places the college among the most prestigious hospitality schools in the world. The university said it offers personalized academic experience to students. The students also actively participate in internships and innovative projects. After the classroom sessions, they develop their skills through hands-on and professional academic programs including Little Dinner Series.








Fall Graduates Of FSU Encouraged To Create Change And Embrace Challenges

The fall graduates of the university are encouraged to embrace challenges in their careers and create changes. Around 2,992 students graduated this fall. President Richard McCullough congratulated these students and their families.







McCullough commented, “As you leave Florida State, I want to remind each of you that you will always be a Seminole. We want you to consider this campus your home, and I would like to encourage you to stay in touch.”  

Provost Jim Clark, the university’s chief academic officer said, “You bring with you the next great scientific discoveries, the most awesome performances, the next solutions to global challenges, great works of art, and the new theories and strategies that will shape this state and this nation for the better.”
