ESMT Berlin and the BMW Group joined forces to offer ten full-tuition scholarships for the Global Online MBA (September 2024 intake). Applications are invited from MBA study abroad aspirants from India Germany, Portugal, Romania, and South Africa. The Global Online MBA program will commence on September 30, 2024. The last date to apply for the fellowship is August 15, 2024.

ESMT Global Online MBA offers a complete remote learning experience and has analytics, decision-making, and innovation at its core. The student gets the flexibility to study as per their time and schedule. The program can be completed in a minimum of 24 months and students can take up to five years maximum.

The selected candidates will not only get a full-tuition scholarship but also get the opportunity to build career-enhancing networks and meet the BMW Group experts.

The fellowship covers the full Global Online MBA program tuition fee, which is €28,000. By paying this tuition fee, the candidates get the required case study licenses and access to the learning platform and content. It does not include the travel costs.








Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for the Global Online MBA program:

  • The candidates must have an undergraduate degree, or currently working in areas related to mathematics and/or technology including information technology, computing, digitalization and automation.
  • The candidates' age should not be more than 30 years on 1 September 2024.
  • They should be citizens or permanent residents of India, Germany, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa. Applicants who are refugees in Germany can also apply.
  • The candidates can also submit the results of English language proficiency tests including TOEFL or IELTS. However, it is optional and not mandatory. If the candidates do not submit the test scores, they will be assessed during the admission interview.

How to apply for BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship

Before one starts the application process, they need the following documents - proof of English proficiency test, updated CV which should include at least three years of postgraduate professional experience, and transcripts of UG degree detailing courses and grades.







The candidates should answer the following three questions:

  1. We often learn by failing. Tell us about a setback in your life (personal, academic, or professional), outline how you responded to it, and describe what you gained from the experience (Maximum word limit is 250)
  2. The BMW Group seeks to actively shape the future of mobility; what aspect of a digital future fascinates you the most and why? (Maximum word limit is 250)
  3. Tell us about the worst job you ever had (Not more than 150 words)
