Strathclyde Business School Is Ranked Among Top 100 European Business Schools
Study in UK: Financial Times has released its European Business School Rankings 2024. Insead has topped the ranking and Strathclyde Business School has been listed in the top 100 European business schools.
Study Abroad: Financial Times ranking has ranked Strathclyde Business School among the top 100 European Business Schools of 2024. Insead has topped the list and Strathclyde is ranked 14th in UK and 79th overall.
Executive Dean of Strathclyde Business School, Professor David Hillier, said, "We're delighted to be recognised as one of the best European business schools for 2024. Last month we were ranked in the Financial Times’ top 100 of Executive MBA programmes worldwide and, together, these rankings reflect that we continue to be amongst the best business schools globally. These rankings from the FT and other sources are testament to our students' success and the quality of the learning experience here at Strathclyde."
This is the first time that Insead has topped the ranking. While commenting on this, Lily Fang, Dean of Research and Innovation at INSEAD, said, “This ranking acknowledges our commitment to rigorous and relevant research that develops new ideas and brings new knowledge to help tackle the global challenges we currently face. I am particularly proud of the high ranking for our faculty productivity and the recognition of the impact of our case portfolio.”
Economics Academic At SBS Get ADR UK Research Fellowship
An academic - Dr Markus Gehrsitz from the Department of Economics has been granted an ADR UK Fellowship. It is awarded for an 18-month project and the fellowship amount is more than £150,000. The study is on the effects of offender rehabilitation policies on re-offending.
“Markus is one of just two research fellows being funded by ADR UK to conduct policy-relevant research using the Data First: Cross-Justice System dataset, a groundbreaking resource that links Ministry of Justice data from the civil and family courts with criminal justice system data. This forms part of ADR UK’s latest fellowship opportunity which invited applications to carry out research using eligible flagship datasets,” says the official statement.
INSEAD Introduces Innovative Global EMBA Flex Programme
It offers a flexible option to the students. Mark Stabile, INSEAD Dean of Degree Programmes, said, “We are excited about the launch of the GEMBA Flex programme.
