Imperial College London ranked number one in QS European Ranking 2025. In overall global rankings, Imperial College London is at second position after the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in US.

“The University of Reading has been ranked at joint 73 in Europe in the second edition of the QS Europe University Ranking 2025, published today [10 July]. 685 institutions across Europe are included within the new league table, placing Reading among the top 11%. Reading is ranked at joint 27 in the UK, out of 103 institutions featured,” reads the official statement of University of Reading.








“Swansea University has achieved an overall ranking of 97th out of 685 institutions in Europe, up six places since 2024. Citations per paper remains Swansea’s best-performing metric with a rank of 21st in Europe. The University's work on sustainability has been recognised with a ranking of 37th in Europe and 23rd in the UK. For Employer Reputation, Swansea was ranked 76th in Europe and 25th in the UK,” said the statement by Swansea University.







Imperial celebrates strong student satisfaction: National Student Survey

As per the survey, satisfaction levels have increased in the theme of freedom of expression, 'Organisation and Management', and student awareness of mental health and wellbeing services.

Professor Ian Walmsley, Provost of Imperial College London said: “Science is more than a subject – it’s a way of seeing the world. Every member of our final year undergraduate community understands the power of a rigorous, collaborative, and inspirational university experience to realise this ambition, and then apply it for the good of all.

“They engaged in the National Student Survey in large numbers, and these results reconfirm that Imperial’s longterm investment and planning is having a positive impact on our students. Improvements in 'Organisation and Management', freedom of expression, and student awareness of mental health service are all key indicators of a positive culture on our campuses, and ranking in the top quartile among our Russell Group peers in the UK university sector creates an excellent benchmark we must maintain for the future.”
