Study in Australia: Apply Now for Griffith University Vice Chancellor's International Scholarship!
Scholarship applications are open for 2024, 2025, and 2026. Students planning to pursue courses from Griffith University can apply for the Vice Chancellor's International Scholarship before the deadlines. The Trimester 3 2024 deadline is 10 August 2024. The Trimester will start on 4 November 2024.
Study Abroad: Griffith University is accepting applications for the Vice Chancellor's International Scholarship for 2024, 2025, and 2026. This scholarship rewards undergraduate and postgraduate applicants with strong academic merits.
The last date to apply for Trimester 3 2024 is 10 August 2024, for Trimester 1 2025, applicants can apply by 30 November 2024 and for Trimester 2 2025, the last date to apply is 12 April 2025.
The scholarship is provided to fund 50% of tuition fees and is valid for the whole degree provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements.
Eligibility Requirement
The following are the eligibility requirements:
- The applicant should be an international student and not be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand
- Planning to start their course in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- They should have no less than 6.0 GPA in previous studies or above on a 7-point scale or equivalent.
- The applicant should have received the offer from Griffith University before the scholarship deadline.
- They must meet all the requirements of English language and academics for their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate courses.
How to Apply?
Following are the steps the applicant should follow:
- The applicant must apply for undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at the university.
- Once the applicant gets the Letter of Offer, they need to apply for the Vice Chancellor's International Scholarship before the closing date.
- After applying for the scholarship, if the candidate meets the eligibility requirements, the application will be reviewed by the university panel.
- The applicant will be informed if they are selected for the scholarship or not.
“To receive the scholarship you will need to accept both your program offer and the scholarship by the deadline. If you don’t accept the scholarship by the date specified in your Scholarship Letter, the scholarship will be withdrawn,” reads the university statement.
“Once you start studying at Griffith the scholarship will be applied prior to the census date of each trimester on meeting the ongoing enrolment requirements (see below). You must pay the remaining balance of fees, based on your enrolment, by census date,” added the university statement.
