The University of Sheffield invited applications for the MSc Pharmaceutical Engineering course September 2024 intake. The program will equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to stand out in the global pharma market and provide hands-on experience in an industrial-scale continuous powder processing plant.
Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria:
- Overall IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.
- The candidate should have an undergraduate honours degree with a minimum of 55% in science, technology, and engineering from a recognized university.

There is no application fee to apply for the Postgraduate Taught Masters degree programmes. The program starts in September. There is no intake for January and February. The university provides Postgraduate degree pathway programmes including Pre-Masters programmes specifically for international students who want to progress to the University of Sheffield. After successful completion, students can progress to a postgraduate degree.
The student will discover the science and application of products, oral drug delivery, the production of medicines and new technologies used in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processes. The course has been designed by taking into consideration the requirements of the global pharmaceutical industry.
