Brookline College is a private college, which was founded in the year 1979. This college was first established as a non-profit AIBT or Arizona Institute of Business and Technology. The college received its accreditation in the year 1982 and became a junior and then a senior college in 1991 and the year 2001 respectively. In the following year, the institute had its name changed to the International Institute of the Americas. Later in the year 2009, the college received the name Brookline College.

The college also offers master's degrees in nursing. For nursing, the college offers Bachelor's degrees in Nursing (BSN), Nursing for Baccalaureate Graduates, Nursing- RN to BSN, and master's degrees in Nursing MSN and MSN- Nursing Health System Administration. Under Healthcare, the college offers diplomas for medical assistants, medical insurance billing and coding, medical office administration, phlebotomy technician, patient care technician, pharmacy technician dental assistant, and sterile processing. For its Associate Degree, the programs include physical therapy assistant, allied health, medical laboratory technician, health information technician- a finish up/ level up program, and surgical technology.
