NALSAR: Courses, Fees, Admission 2025, Placements, Cutoff

Aspirants who have passed a three-year LLB course with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for NALSAR University of Law LLM programme. However, admission committee may decide to reduce the percentage of qualifying exam. Aspirants appearing for the qualifying exam in April/ May are also eligible to apply.

Candidates need to upload certain documents at the time of filling out the scholarships form of NALSAR Hyderabad. Interested students can refer to the following list to know about the required documents:

The application fee for CLAT exam was different as per the category of a candidate. For General/OBC/PWD/PIO/OCI/NRI, the application fee was INR 4,000 and for SC/ST/BPL category, the application fee was INR 3,500. Extra charges of INR 500 were applicable if candidates wanted to obtain previous years' CLAT question papers from the exam authority. Apart from CLAT application fee and cost of question paper bundle, candidates had to pay any other charges.

Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC and ST categories) to apply for NALSAR University of Law BA LLB (Hons) programme. There is no age limit specified by the university for admission. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must have qualified CLAT.

The total fee for NALSAR LLM course is cumulative of various components, such as mess fee, caution deposit, and more. It is excluding the application fee amount. The total tuition fee for the PG course is INR 65,000, in which, the one-time fee is INR 20,000 and the hostel fee is INR 1.02 lakh. LLB, LLM etc. Just like other colleges, here too the fee structure strictly depends upon the programme you are opting for, that is, the fee structure for BA LLB (Hons) will be different than that for the LLM students . I e , for LLM General students, the tuition fees will be 1,75,000 with a refundable deposite of 20,000 . whereas LLM in insolvency and bankruptcy law's students will have to pay a tuition fees of 2,25,000 with a refundable deposite of 20,000.

Moreover, as per media reports, 100% of placements was achieved for the batch of 2024.
