The tuition activity is very good, but it lacks in cultural activities.
Placements: Christian College places its students in pretty good companies. Few students from our BBA in aviation course got jobs in AirAsia, Wipro, etc. The salary offered by Air Asia was approximately Rs. 22,000 per month, while Wipro offered a salary of almost Rs. 25,000 per month, which should be considered as a good salary package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good. Christian College provides good computer labs, a library with hundreds of books for different types of courses like MBA, physiotherapy, optometry, etc., which makes it easy for students to collect information. Classrooms have projectors, which make students learn theory subject more interestingly.
Faculty: Teachers in Christian College are very highly skilled and also friendly. The way our accounts madam teach accounts is very easy to learn the subject. Our college conducts cultural days which help students to overcome their stage fear and to present their talent in a wonderful way.
Other: I have chosen BBA in aviation because it is one of the best courses as the aviation industry in India is continuously developing. It will provide jobs for thousands of students.

I am dissatisfied because of the infrastructure of the college.
Placements: Overall, the placement percentage for our college is so low. The average percentage of students who gets placement is below 10. There is no proper coaching provided before attending the placement. An experienced candidate does not give any proper advice or classes. Only a few students are attending a placement cell. Internship projects are not at all provided, and no attendance is given for doing an internship.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college, but speed is not quite satisfying. Wi-Fi password is not given for students even for academic purposes. Lab facility is available. A library is also available. Classrooms for each department are provided. Hostel facility is very bad, and the food served is not good.
Faculty: Teachers of our college knowledgeable, but they are not ready to solve every doubt and not a bit strict. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is fine, but the fee for other courses is a bit more and is not affordable by normal or by economically weak students.
Other: I opted for the course because it is good. But we like to have better lab facilities. Extracurricular activities like sports, arts, etc., are held at the campus.

It has an average college life, but the teaching method is good.
Placements: The college doesn't have its own hospital. But they provide placement in other hospitals that are in contact with the college. They provide good placement in good hospitals and we'll get better practical experience. They give us valuable certificates for us.
Infrastructure: The course is good, but the teaching was average. The college has 5 hostels: 1 for boys and other hostels for girls. Some hostels are good in surroundings and furnishings, but some are the worst, like the electrical and other plumbing setups, and also in furniture.
Faculty: They average teaching and they conduct exams in a good way. All classrooms are surveilled with cameras and they have mics also. All the faculty members are strict in exams. They will conduct internal exams and model exams before the university exams to make it good.
Other: There is no big campus life because it is not a big campus.

Review of Christian College.
Placements: Our college is not a good choice for BBA or BCA courses. The strength of our batch is about 20, which is the highest in our college BCA records. I am a 2nd-year student, and there are juniors in our college. Roughly 40-50% of the students got placed so far. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, while the highest salary offered is about Rs. 45,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc., visit our college for placements. Roles like software analyst, software tester, software developer, cloud architect and system administrator are offered to the students. The salary package offered ranges between 1.8-6 LPA. Only 10% of the students got an internship from our course, and all of them got in startups. But our college doesn't provide internships in any company.
Infrastructure: Our college has a poor infrastructure, which is worse than the infrastructure available in a school. The college does no provide sports facilities, ground, campus and a canteen. The library is very small, and students cannot use mobile phones inside the college. I don't recommend any student to study here due to its poor infrastructure. There is a small flat for the boy's hostel, but the girl's hostel is situated in the college only. The hostel is average in terms of infrastructure and poor in terms of food, water, and electricity providence. Our college doesn't provide any sports facility.
Faculty: Teachers are mixed as the college is in Bangalore. There are skilled teachers and beginners also as BCA course provides more opportunity and sense than the college and curriculum. Teaching quality is moderate. BCA course is still relevant for those who want a lighter curriculum to learn, and it is a good course. It is just about the skills of the students. Our college provides an additional course with BCA to make students industry-ready just after finishing their course. Additional courses like Aws cloud computing, digital marketing and Ethical Hacking are provided by the college to make a pure professional degree. From the college side, they take a lot of efforts for the pass percentage of the students. They give importance to the semester scores and how a student performs in the exam. They also conduct remedial classes for students to prepare for the exam. I suggest this college only if you want to pass the exam or to get a good score in exams.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to have a lighter course where the exam pressure is low and is valuable enough for any company if the student is skilled. I always give importance to what I know and what I should learn. The curriculum in India for BCA course is very old, and the IT field is very dynamic. It would be better if the syllabus is updated and focus is made on the skill set of students. If you are interested, then you can participate in intercollege events which are held in nearby colleges. Our college also conducts events, but they are not intercollege events. In my opinion Bangalore and today technical advancements provide you thousands of ways to attend meetups and make a difference in your life. Extracurricular activities are given less importance in our college. It is located in a relatively remote area, and not in the city.

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) - Batch of 2022

It is one of the best nursing colleges in Bangalore.
Placements: More than 25% of students got placed in our college. It is found that compared to earlier years, placements through college are increasing every year. Many good companies and hospitals are recruiting students. The salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month. I got placement.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is available inside the campus as well as outside the campus. The library has enough books related to nursing subjects. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items are available in the hostel.
Faculty: All teachers are qualified and helpful, but compared to the management and allied health science teachers, nursing teachers are strict. Our college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University. The difficulty level of semester exams is common for all students.
Other: Sports days and cultural activities are conducted in our college every year.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of campus life.
Placements: Around 2 to 3 students got placed in my batch. Rest everyone finds their job themselves. Talking about the faculty members, they are well experienced and help everyone to achieve their goals. The college management has collaborated with some tech companies but most of the students didn't get the placements.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are pretty good, the library is also good which is having a huge collection of books. Moving to the hostel, I don't want to write more as it's only having the basic setup like a bed and almirah. The wi-fi facility is not available there and the food is not good. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay in the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are good and the way of their teaching quality is also good. You won't get a proper campus life from here but I'm sure that the quality of education which is provided here is good enough. They conduct semester exams and in between a month, 2 or 3 class tests are conducted. We are coming under Bangalore North University and the semester exams are not that much tough. We can easily score the passing mark.
Other: In my batch, only 21 students are there and most of them are working. Only 2 or 3 went for higher education. The reason why I chose this course is that I like computers and I am passionate about them. That's why I choose this technical field. If they extend the campus a little more I think the students can get the ambience of campus life. This college is okay but you won't get a campus life from here. That's the only drawback for now.

MCC Madras Christian College is considered by many as Tier 2 College, though it has a long history, advanced education programs and an alumni association that rivals others; it sits at the verge of that elite Tier 1 status.
