I am dissatisfied with this college because of lack of placements.
Placements: Zero percentage of students are placed in this course from our college. Our college does not provide any placements for students. There are no tie-ups with recruiting companies with this college. Students looking for placements can look into better options.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in our college and hostel. Labs are average and provide almost facilities. There is a library with a lot of books. Classrooms are also average. There is no adequate amount of chairs for students. A proper exam hall is not available. The auditorium is used as the exam hall.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and well qualified. They are knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum is most probably relevant for industrial-based jobs. Semester exams are very difficult because this college is under the Kerala University of Health Sciences. Under this university, every course is a bit difficult. Pass percentage of the college is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to know more about pharmacy. The best thing about the course is it is very interesting. Better facilities should be provided to improve the course. Campus life is very boring as they do not conduct any programs. There are no events and no extracurricular activities.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2021

It is an average college and has no placement options.
Placements: Our college doesn't have any placement opportunities for graduated students. After completing the course, students find their jobs by themselves. None of the companies has recruited directly from our college. The graduated students gain experience in a pharmacy. After gaining enough experience, they go abroad or to a pharmaceutical company.
Infrastructure: The college is a three-story building. It has different rooms for each batch. There are a total of 12 batches and different laboratories for each subject. Our college also has a large library that is very useful for the students as well as teachers. The college has an internet facility that can be availed from the computer lab. Students can download and print any documents related to our subjects. Our college has a canteen, and there would serve a variety of dishes. The quality of the food is good. Our college has an auditorium hall where events and programs are conducted. This auditorium hall has CCTV cameras, and the hall is also utilised as an exam hall. We also have a badminton court and a volleyball court.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very friendly to us. They help us in all the ways they can. While most of the teachers are juniors, but they are well qualified. The quality of teaching from some of the teachers should require some improvement. The course B. Pharma is more industry-oriented, but our college doesn't provide much industrial exposure. Our syllabus is up-to-date. The course duration is of 4 years, and there is a total of 8 semesters. Subjects in our course are vast and different. Our course deals with the subjects related to chemistry, human anatomy and physiology, preparation of drugs and its actions to the human body. The course schedule is very tight as we need to attend a total of 6 exams, including theory and practice within a span of 6 months.
Other: Most of the students in our batch are having the same aim, that is to become a pharmacist. I chose this course because I have a dream that I should do something to our humanity. Being a pharmacist is one of the noblest profession. A pharmacist is required in each step of research and development of a drug as well as to reach pateint. Our course should be more practical oriented rather than theoretical learning.
