College life in Jayawantrao Sawant Polytechnic.
Placements: Currently, I am studying in the college but I am sure that the packages offered by my college will be the highest. Recruiting companies in my course are very well-known. Almost 90% of students get internships from our course at well-known companies in India.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for my department are good Wi-Fi connection, CCTVs in classrooms and labs, a very neat library, etc. Our library provides course-related books to get more information. I don't stay in the hostel because my home is quite near to my college but I can say that facilities are provided well.
Faculty: The teacher and student relationship is very friendly. Our college faculty members have high qualifications. They are knowledgeable. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite difficult but easy if we study hard. The passing percentage is 97%.
Other: Information Technology IT is a very scopic field in the future. So, it made me influenced towards it. Events in my college are very enjoyable. There are numerous fests in my college including freshers' party, Flashmob, and many more.

My bad experience in JSPM's J. S. Polytechnic.
Placements: Placements are present but just not of higher packages. For once in 8 years, an MNC came here and picked 2 candidates for a Junior Engineer job role for a 6 LPA package. Usually, companies offer roles consisting of fresher-level positions such as Junior Engineers and Entry-level roles. The highest, I believe, is 6 LPA, while the lowest is 1.2 LPA. The maximum average has been 2.4 LPA all these years. For internships, students need to find them on their own in the nearby industries surrounding the college, as in Mechanical Engineering.
Infrastructure: The building of Polytechnic Mechanical Engineering is really very dark and non-ventilated. The facilities are a workshop where students learn the required mechanisms of the industry. The workshop is abundant but lacks a few machines that are usually significant. The CNC machine is variable, it works and faults out on its own unpredictably. The department also has a computer lab which is not entirely functional, with faculty keyboards missing, mice absent, and even non-operational PCs. The hostel here is just a ladies' hostel, which is alright according to the college. The canteen only serves cheap, oily food with no real health benefits.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, but I feel they aren't trained for proper communication. The mug-up culture is heavy here, with teachers prioritizing exam Q&A rather than concepts. Courses are from MSBTE, so of course, everything is curriculum-relevant. The semester exams are easy to pass but difficult to score out of. Anyone can pass with a solid 60-70% without much effort in the end.
Other: I chose Mechanical Engineering due to my interest in vehicles and aerodynamics. Mechanical engineering ticks close to what I want to learn. I'd love more time relevancy for the courses available, updating yearly instead of every 3 years. Events are rare, and fests don't happen. The crowd is bad here. Connectivity is great. The campus is small but works for me. Scholarships are available for everyone in the criteria. Not much extracurricular activity here.

Review of JSPM, Jayawantrao Sawant Polytechnic .
Placements: The placements at my college are just fake; at my batch there are zero percent placements, lol, and that's not the funny party. It is that they place the fake placements at the college billboard; I was one of them, but the college is good if you are looking for further technology studies and already planned if you are going into the technical field .
Infrastructure: The classroom and library are pretty much better than average and they also give free Wi-Fi but the crowd that attends the college is pretty much bad (chapri). It's not that good, and no events happen at the college. However, what can you even expect from a diploma college?
Faculty: The faculty is not that good but they are healthy and helpful; they guide us right, but they are not capable of that thing that they are going to teach; they just don't know anything about what they are teaching, and not the students have any idea about that, so don't expect much about the faculty.
However, they conduct regular exams .

College is career-oriented for the students.
Placements: In our college, there is more than 75% placement out of 100%. The highest salary package offered so far is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. I’m studying Computer Engineering, and for our course, the top leading companies like Infosys and Cognizant visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: There are numerous classrooms in our college. Wi-Fi and a library are also available. There are more than 6 departments, including IT, Computer, Civil, Automation and Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, and B.Pharmacy.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, with higher education like Ph.D. and M.Sc. They are good at teaching. College provides industrial training which makes students to be industry-ready. Students are able to do the work. Training is also provided which is good.

The faculty members are good and helpful.
Placements: 20% of students got placed. 1.2 to 2.6 LPA are the packages offered. In mechanical engineering, 75% of students got internships in Transport Equipment Pvt., Ltd., Hadapsar, Honda Service, TCS Service etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in labs, library, classrooms, and also in the praying area. The labs are provided with software like CAD, Cero, CATIA, Ansis etc. Only girls' hostel is available on campus. The college organises a sports camp, gathering, traditional day etc.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and they teach in an easy way.
They encourage students to participate in different activities like technical, non-technical etc. The college conducts technical paper presentation competitions. The average pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering. I'm always curious about maintenance of different machines like pneumatic, hydraulic etc. Visits are organised to different industries. The campus is crowded. Scholarships are available.

Considerable college in hadpsar.
Placements: Nearly 50 to 60 % of students got placed, mostly in core and some in IT companies for very healthy packages but don't except in mechanical core branches. Rs 1.4 LPA to 2.25 LPA is the highest.
Infrastructure: The quality of labs is good. There is no issue in accessing the lab, currently due to corona, don't expect good food on campus otherwise in college there are 5 canteens varieties of food. The classrooms and library are good. Always carry I'd card otherwise they won't let you inside.
Faculty: The teaching staff was very helpful. They know what they are teaching. Their experience shows in their teaching methods. Please do your submission on time. The office staff is also good just don't ask them for help in rush times.
Other: I chose this course because I didn't have the clarity on what to do after 10th.
