It is a very good college to study.

Placements: Some companies like Wipro, Infosys, and other MNCs offered good placements and internships in our college.

Infrastructure: Hostels were good. The mess was good. Hostels had separate departments. Hostels were clean and neat. Students could play sports in the evening. Internet services were good but there were some restrictions.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very good. Teaching quality was very good. Our college provided training for students who were interested in some departments. Semester exams were tough and strictly conducted. They provided some materials for students to study.

Other: Extracurricular activities organsied in our college are good.

Pragathi College of Education has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.Ed	Candidate who have passed in the Master's Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognised Institute/ University are also eligible. Candidates possessing MBBS/ BSC (AG)/ BVSC/ BHMT/ B.Pharm and such other professional and job oriented degree courses Viz., LLB or a Master's Degree without having undertaken undergraduate study are not eligible. Candidate should have completed the age of 19 years as on 1st July of the year in which notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.
