• Days-Wednesday: 6:45pm – 9:45pm
• Duration- 12 months
• Campus visit- 1 visit of 5 days

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE EPLM

Before applying for Hughes’ Executive Programme in Leadership and Management course, you must check eligibility criteria defined by IIM Calcutta:

• Working professional with at least 10 years of full-time experience or founder/ entrepreneur/ promoter with at least 5 years of experience.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline with 50% or more as aggregate from an institute recognized by UGC/AICTE.

Note: The final decision shall be taken by the IIMC’s program directors based on the selected candidates’ interviews.
