This exam's question are very old, beacuse cybersecurity is a dynamic field. Everyday there is something new this field. On the other hand, it is usefull. Every job post require this certificate.

For career perspective its useful that can be implemented in real time. There were challenges as for a query to answer they will take time to respond since its virtual and cons not so much but regular practise and few topics we need to google it
