Learning Experience: It was really knowledgeable, trainer taught us well as he edutained us with practical scenarios. It helps us to understand the process health and we can mitigate the risk from the project by applying different techniques. One should definitely go through with the training to improve his/her process. There's no cons according to me unless you concentrate and gain the knowledge from the whole program. I have taken 4 days program of 8 hours each day including breaks.
