Learning Experience: Scrum certification exam is challenging and tests your understanding of scrum concepts. One source for study material would be The Scrum Guide. You need to throughly read it and understand the concepts. The certification is very useful to understand how an Agile team works and their mindset of being agile.

It is a must to go through the Scrum guide for both PSM and PSPO exam, however, PSM can be done pretty much with the scrum guide pspo needs more that scrum guide. The mocks are useful in this case. Practical experience might be beneficial if your org properly follows scrum else you will have many wrong assumptions based on how your org works and you will answer it based on that which could turn out to be wrong
