These courses are available in various subjects including Biochemistry, Architecture, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry of Sustainable Processes and Materials, Business Analytics, Master of Science, Education for Global Futures, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics, Epidemiology and Biomedical Data Science, Environmental Engineering, Financial and Management Accounting, Finance, International Business Management, Interdisciplinary Product Innovation and Creation, Mineral Resources and Sustainable Mining, Geosciences, Learning, Education and Technology, Responsible Economics and Finance, Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing and Geophysics, Sustainable and Autonomous Systems, Software Engineering and Information Systems, Wireless Communications Engineering, and Sustainable Marketing.
For Bachelor's + Master's Programmes, the fee is 10,000 €. The subjects offered are International Business Management and DICE / Digitalisation, Computing and Electronics, and Bachelor and Master of Science.

Who Can Apply For University Of Oulu Programs
To apply for the bachelor's program, the candidates must have completed one of the following - an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma completed in or outside Finland, a foreign qualification eligible for higher education, Finnish matriculation examination, vocational qualification, and Finnish or foreign higher education degree. They can also apply if they have completed any of these outside Finland including - Reifeprüfung (RP) or a Deutsches Internationales Abitur diploma (DIA), European Baccalaureate (EB) diploma, and Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE).
For the Master's degree, the university says, "A successful applicant has obtained their first academic degree, normally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, from an institution of higher education. As a rule, the Bachelor’s degree is the lower academic degree. This degree should be equivalent of at least three years of full-time studies (180 ECTS). Your previous degree must give you eligibility for Master's studies in your country of education."
