University Of Southampton Delhi Chooses Gurgaon’s International Tech Park For Campus

University of Southampton Delhi's new campus in Gurgaon will house best-in-class facilities for collaboration, creative thinking and fostering innovation. The new campus will be set within 60 acres of land inside the Tech Park.

Study Abroad: The University of Southampton Delhi has decided on the location of its new campus. For its state-of-the-art campus, the university has selected International Tech Park, Gurgaon.

The campus will be completed by April 2025 and will bring world-class research, education and enterprise opportunities to India. The first intake of students will begin in August 2025.

The International Tech Park offers an ideal location, surrounded by cutting-edge industries and dynamic career opportunities, ensuring our students are immersed in a forward-thinking environment. The campus’s futuristic design will foster creativity and collaboration, with facilities that promote both academic excellence and student wellbeing.”

University Of Southampton Delhi At Gurgaon’s International Tech Park Details

The campus will offer world-class research and education opportunities to students. The key benefits for students include private study spaces, a large library, social and collaboration areas, training suites, IT labs and a dedicated student hub. Moreover, it will offer dedicated research space to students to promote student and academic collaboration.

“The new campus will implement the University of Southampton’s prestigious triple helix model, which combines education, research, and industry collaboration. This exciting opportunity represents the first chance to study in India with a world top 100 UK Russell Group university. Students will graduate with the same degree at the University of Southampton Delhi as they will do when studying the same degree in the UK,” says the official statement.

At this location, the students will have access to food halls, fitness centres, sports facilities including tennis courts and basketball, and table tennis zones. A cricket pitch is also under development. The amenities nearby include football grounds, golf courses and equestrian centres.

“Set within the 60 acres of International Tech Park, the new campus will be IGBC LEED Platinum pre-certified. The campus is being designed by internationally acclaimed architect Morphogenesis and will be in an exclusive new building that will be accessible to all,” added the official statement.

University Of Southampton Delhi Courses

To begin with, the University of Southampton Delhi will offer undergraduate programmes in Business Management, Computer Science, Accounts and Finance, and Economics and postgraduate programmes in International Management and Finance.

The university is planning to expand this portfolio by every year introducing new and emerging programs.

The operational partner is Oxford International which will offer the expertise required for students to have the same standards of learning and employability as the students learning in the UK.
