• Employment Pass- All foreign nationals who are going to work in managerial positions in Singapore with at least SGD 5,000 (INR 3.08 Lakhs Approx.) per month. The duration of an Employment pass in Singapore is 2 years for first-time candidates and 3 years for renewals. • Education Qualification- Now, this is not an official eligibility but having a degree from top-ranked universities will increase your chances of getting an employment pass.
• Job Offer- An Indian student who wants to work in Singapore, should have a job offer for a professional or managerial position.

In order to apply for a work visa, you must secure a job in Singapore as your employer is in charge of submitting your Singapore work visa application. Here is the step-by-step process of how to apply for singapore work visa from India:

• Step 1- Try to get a job in Singapore in a managerial position.
• Step 2- Visit the official website of the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore to apply. Your employer will do this process.
• Step 3- A medical examination is an important step in getting a work visa in Singapore. There your biometrics and other required details will be recorded.
• Step 4- Now you need to submit all required documents such as passport, etc.
• Step 5- At last, you’ll get your Employment Pass and that will be your legal document to work in Singapore.
