Dr Jacqueline Rappoport
Jack is a non-clinical lecturer on several clinical MSc programmes within Queen Mary University of London. Such programmes include the MSc in Trauma Sciences, Emergency and Resuscitation Medicine and Paediatric Trauma Sciences. Prior to joining Academia, Queen Mary and the Centre for Trauma Sciences (C4TS), Jack worked in forensic mental health and child protection roles for over 20 years with a focus in Trauma Recovery (C-PTSD and PTSD). Her clinical background is in Counselling Psychology, having been a licensed and practicing Counsellor for over 20 years. Jack works as a pluralistic Counsellor with experience working with Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy approaches. In addition to her professional role, Jack sits on several committees including the Military Education Committee as Chair.

Dr Tessa Davis is a Paediatric Emergency Medicine consultant at The Royal London Hospital and a Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. She is also the Programme Director for the Paediatric Emergency Medicine Programme hosted by the Blizard Institute. Tessa has had a long and varied training pathway including four years in Sydney Children’s Hospital during her time living in Australia. She is also a co-founder of Don’t Forget The Bubbles (DFTB), a paediatric educational resource and conference, where paediatric healthcare professionals from across the world can share knowledge with their peers.
