Review of Arena Animation, Preet Vihar.
Placements: It has been only 3 months for me, and it is decent as of now, as we have 1–2 hours of class per day for 5 days a week with additional assignments for practice which is essential. Various types of workshops are held here, which are surely beneficial to students. Almost I have completed 1 year in this course, and it was useful learning with various tools to know about. This institute will teach you only the basics, and the rest all depends on the individual on how they approach and develops their skill accordingly. I had a good experience learning about new tools and gathering knowledge in this field. I had a bad experience of getting a job. The institute is even willing to send you as a recommendation to various companies after they receive the full amount of the course. They sent our show-reels to quite a few companies just how a normal person looking for a job would send. Ultimately we had 1–2 job interviews with not much promising response. I got a job at a start-up company. The only good thing was that their stipend was high as compared to the other companies. More than 90% of students get placement in popular companies like Green Gold Animation, Maya Digital Studios, EBS, TCS, etc. Based on your skill and your work, they give you deployment in the companies as I have seen to my seniors. It has been 21 years as Arena Animation Multimedia is available with a good reputation.
Infrastructure: The environment is relaxing, with everyone stuck up on their machines and busy doing their assignments. The structure is decent with high-end computers on which we can even practice or do assignments.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are quite experienced and very humble to students. They do not put pressure on students. They explain them in a good understandable manner and clear the doubts of each student. They help us to work on their assignments. They are strict regarding not wasting time. They are friendly, which is quite essential for the students to make them feel their own.
Other: If you want to learn the basics of the new tools in this field, then this institute is a good place to start. The rest all depends on your own interest and the wish to grow in this course.
